If we ever need anything electric installed or fixed, I would always ask Susanne to do the work. She is totally competent - and there is the added benefit that she is friendly and good natured, and charges a very fair price. We called her in during 2014 when we decided we wanted a burglar alarm. We bought an alarm system from an electrical wholesaler - and installation turned out to be complicated and difficult because our loft had been boarded and insulated, making access a problem. Susanne installed everything perfectly and we were impressed by the quality of her work. She is totally trustworthy - we had no worries about leaving her to work in the house on her own - and she remained good tempered and friendly despite having to scrabble about in a very difficult part of the loft covered with awkward layers of glassfibre insulation. In particular her attention to detail seems excellent, on job she carried out for us was to electrify a garden pond with lights positioned in trees and gegetation, this entailed complicated installing, wiring etc., with safety precautions because of the vicinity of water etc. From our understanding of the electric installations she has carried out, all work is to our complete satisfaciton and we have good reasons to recommending her as an electric installer. Susanne did excellent work for us when she completely rewired the house and incorporated other improvements in 2014. She staged the work to complete the more urgent work first. She then scheduled the rest to fit in with other plans of ours such as the refitting of the kitchen in 2016. At all times she ensured both minimum disruption and negligible damage to the fabric of the house. The decoration needed only minor touching up where new sockets had been installed. She is fun to have around in the house, always discussed options clearly in advance and is one of the most meticulous people we have had to help us, especially in the way she cleans up as she goes. Equally important, her invoices match her quotations accurately - no surprises when the invoice arrives. A business colleague inijtially referred us to Susanne at Amie electro, to fit outside lighting over the patio, garage lighting and kitchen down-lighters. she worked tidily and efficiently and completed the work on time and to budget. There was a slight mismatch with ligthing colours in the kitchen, which was down to the manufacturer, and we said not to worry. However, Susanne sourced replacements for us at no extra cost, even going to the supplier ot arrange, which really impressed us. The finished job was superb, really smart and neatly finished with coloours that all match perfectly. Recently we needed some more lighting and sockets to be fitted before a big redecoration job inside the house. Susanne has also just finished this work to a superb standard, again on time and within budget.
